Just a couple of forum changes, bug fixes, and new subforum additions in the past two weeks.

- The Typhon Times, a weekly newspaper created by Kevin Adams and Mito Schweizer! Please contact them if you wish to be involved!
- In-Character section subforums!
- New subforum to request forum ranks, subforum moderator for IC sections, or anything else relating to the forums! (You will only be able to view your own threads.)
- You will be able to request subforum moderator if you are a vital leader of the subforum's faction.
- You are also able to request name changes, staff, or VIP forum ranks in the subforum.
- Fixed forum permissions, users not being able to post inside In-Character subforums.
- Various bug fixes.
